SC-TI titanium pool heat exchangers are designed for use in salt water filtration systems.
They are designed for pools with salt electrolysis, seawater and all those with increased disinfection requirements. The titanium water-water heat exchanger is manufactured with extreme care, quality and precision of the welds. This high-quality heat exchanger has exceptional corrosion resistance even at high salt levels in the pool water and is suitable for seawater. These heat exchangers offer maximum energy efficiency with minimal pressure losses. Like all tube and shell heat exchangers, they are installed in the filtration water circuit, after the filter - directly or in a bypass.
In addition, thanks to the short path of the heated fluid (pool water), the heat exchanger has very low pressure losses. The corrugated tubes, in turn, increase turbulence, which enhances heat transfer. The titanium versions can also be used for salt water and salt electrolysis systems.
