RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from VITEH EOOD are made pursuant to a purchase contract. The risk of loss or damage to the goods being sold is transferred to the Buyer at the parties determine the goods subject to the contract, but not later than the moment of transfer of possession of the goods to the Buyer. In the cases when the goods are delivered to the Buyer by the Seller or by a third party in a place other than the Seller's warehouse, the risk passes over to the Buyer at the time of loading or the dispatch of the goods.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
The right of ownership of the product subject to the purchase contract passes to the Buyer at the moment of full payment of the negotiated selling price by the Buyer within the agreed term. In the event that the possession of the good is actually delivered to the Buyer but the sale price has not been paid in full or in part, the ownership of the goods will pass to the Buyer after the full payment of the sale price, together with the accrued interest, penalties and any other due late payment amounts. In the event that the goods are handed over to the Buyer before the sale price has been paid in full, the Buyer is in possession of the goods on the basis of responsible custody and carries the risk of accidental loss.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
VITEH EOOD and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, VITEH EOOD does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by VITEH EOOD itself is not as described (not applicable to images accompanying product descriptions), your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. The images accompanying product descriptions are tentative only and possibly do not represent the actual product.
PRICING
Unless noted otherwise, the displayed catalogue price for products on our web site as well as in Catalogues, Pricelist, Tariffs, and other similar means of Public Invitation Offerings of the Seller are indicative and may be unilaterally modified by the Seller until a written agreement is reached to conclude a deal with the Buyer. In order to avoid any possible contradiction, each requested order, according to the seller's current price list, binds the Seller upon his written confirmation of the price and availability of the ordered goods and / or services. In case the Seller does not confirm and accept the price, he is not obliged to provide a valid reason for its refusal. Any costs, fees and other expenses that are necessary to fulfill the order presented to the Seller are at the expense of the Buyer. Unless noted otherwise, the displayed price of the goods is the net sales price of the product itself proposed by the manufacturer or supplier or assessed in accordance with standard commercial practice. The catalogue price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not be representative of the prevailing price in any field on any given day.
In the case of ordering products that are not available / manufactured and are due to be delivered / manufactured, the Buyer must pay in advance at least 50% of the estimated value of the product and the remaining payment is made under the terms and conditions agreed between the parties. Any order accepted and confirmed in writing by the Seller under the terms of the preceding sentence can not be denied or canceled unilaterally by the Buyer. For each accepted order on which the delivery / production has begun, the Buyer owes full and timely payment of the sale price, as agreed between the parties.
In the absence of a special condition for advance or postpayment, as well as in the absence of payment arrangements after an invoice or commodity receipt has been issued, payment of the purchase price shall be made by the Buyer always in advance, not later than the moment of receipt of the goods / services. A payment made after the due date is considered a late payment. Late payments are subject to interest at the rate of 0.2% per day for each day until the paymentis received in full.
For each payment made in cash or to a bank account specified by the Seller, the Seller issues the Buyer at his / her choice an invoice and / or a fiscal receipt. In the event that the Buyer does not contest the invoice / fiscal receipt issued by the Seller within two working days of their issue, including by email, this fact has the force of tacit acceptance of this invoice / cash receipt.

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to VITEH EOOD or to products you purchase through VITEH EOOD website shall be submitted for arbitration to the Bulgarian Chamber of commerce and industry – Stara Zagora. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the Arbitration Court. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement.

"Buyer" is any Bulgarian or foreign person or legal entity, acting within the scope of their trade or professional activities, who is a consumer of the goods offered by VITEH EOOD bound to the Seller by virtue of a contract of sale.
"Goods" are all services and products offered for sale by the Seller under these General Terms and Conditions, which are either the property of the Seller or will be acquired or made by the Seller for the purpose of concluding a sale contract with the Customers.
"Special Conditions" are all arrangements between the parties of a sale contract that exclude or modify the application of these General Terms and Conditions and apply between the parties in cases expressly provided by them.
"Sale Contract" or "Purchase Agreement" means any agreement between the Seller and a Buyer for the sale of the negotiated goods at prices, terms and conditions of payment and delivery agreed between the Seller and the Buyer reached by the parties in writing or verbally, through postal correspondence, including electronic (e-mail), telephone, fax, order submitted and accepted, invoice issued, proforma invoice, etc.
